Updates: D-9.com Memo and Twitter Changes…

June 17th, 2009

On D-9.com there is now an option to view the memo. Also, click the yellow dot for an extended clip from the trailer. From my experiance, this did not work on Google Chrome, so make sure you’re using FireFox or IE (I haven’t tried IE, but I assume it would work). The memos are shown below (Human and Non-Human versions).

Non-Human version:
Alien version

Human version:
Human version

These are links to the memos in in PDF form:

It also seems as if they removed the tweet saying the memo was about Wikus, because as you can see, this memo is about Christopher (or George, I still call him George because, well, that’s his name). Basically it seems like Sony has tried to cover up another mistake:

There is a memo on D-9.com, talking about an agent named Wikus who has gone rogue. Check out my blog for the access code to read the memo.

And there was never an access code. Liar.

Thanks to MovieViral.com for the tip!

Another screw-up? Sony needs some viral marketing advice from Paramount.

The new video also is pretty cool. The site still is a bit glitchy though.

Do you know what would make this site even better?

If it ever actually got updated…

    - The rating for the film has been announced by the mpaa

    - Two viral videos have been released showing a little bit more footage from the film

    - The community watch page is up showing phone messages from “real” sightings of non-humans who have escaped district 9

I mean common on really, your on about sony messing things up with the viral not updating things properly, try updating your own site

Hey I’m sure others have noticed this but if you enter 081409 into the human access box of the D-9.com site it does a lockdown and boots you to MNU’s company site. A lot of info seems to scroll during the boot so check it out. I haven’t seen people talk about it at all anywhere so I thought I’d throw it up. Its probably something you all noticed so long ago I can’t find it anywhere.
